Workplace Support

Spring to Life - Growing Wellbeing

Poor mental wellbeing costs employers in the UK an estimated £42 - £45 billion annually through presenteeism, sickness absence and staff turnover.
Yet, for every £1 spent on supporting the mental health and wellbeing of their workforce, employers get an average of £4.70 back in increased productivity.
Spring to Life provides accessible, tailored workshops to businesses looking to support their employee’s wellbeing. We cover key topics like stress, anxiety and overwhelm, financial health and mental health first aid.
We have over 20 years’ experience in supporting wellbeing and improving mental health in South Birmingham. All profits from our corporate work go in to the work we do in poorer communities.

Financial Wellbeing
Financial struggles don’t get left at home when we come to work, meaning we can be distracted if we have concerns around money. CIPD research shows that 46% of employees worry about their finances and 55% of those with money struggles felt they achieved less than they would have liked.
By teaching tried and tested principles of good money management, this workshop will provide a clear structure of how to put and keep finances in order and provide the resources to do so.
